Wat Buddha Stockholm organized a 1-Day Mindfulness Meditation Retreat on August 12.
The programs provided the participants with step by step Mindfulness Meditation through each session, such as Visualization, use of a Mantra, sitting Meditation and Walking Meditation, and Yoga exercises.
Many participants had an inner experience such as the body expanding or shrinking; some saw crystal balls, etc.
All participants understood the principles of Meditation more, and made an intention to meditate continuously at home.
