The Japanese Meditation Village, Wat Phra Dhammakaya Tochigi, arranged basic meditation for locals during 1-5 May 2019 (5 days and 4 nights) and there were 16 meditation sessions.
There were 22 Japanese participants and the teaching monks were Phra Thanawut Tissaro, Phra Chaiwat Khunavuttano, and Phra Maha Lin Zhenwen.
All of them joined the activities of chanting Dhammacakkappavattana Sutta, taking exercise, offering breakfast, meditating and listening to dharma.
Each participant had a good experience.
They were comfortable, calm and could still their minds.
They were peaceful because they meditated in the beautiful natural environment.
All of them understand dharma principle more, would continue the meditation at home and will come back to meditate at the center again.
