The British laypeople go to learn meditation at Wat Phra Dhammakaya London every week. They learned how to meditate and place their minds at the 7th Base of Mind, visualize a crystal ball or something clear in their abdomen, adjust their body and mind to be relaxed and comfortable for 40 minutes.
After the meditation session, the teaching monk Phra Ekachai Jayavanno taught dharma on the topic of “How to share and contribute when practice meditation.” He taught the principle of health care and the way to adjust their body so that it is suitable for better meditation result. Then, the teaching monk answered the attendants’ questions. They revealed that this class impressed them very much.
