NESE Language School in Boston, arranged a meditation class on Tuesday April 3, 2018. There were 15 foreign students, 3 teachers and executives participating in this class. First, the staffs led them to take some exercise to stretch their bodies and introduced the meditation.
Then, the teaching monk, Phrakhrupaladsuwattanabhodhikhun, kindly explained the benefits of meditation and led them to meditate.
Next, the monk asked about their inner experiences and found that they all were happy and peaceful from meditation and wanted to meditate again.
