Tuesday Meditation Class, London, UK

Wat Phra Dhammakaya London arranged a basic meditation class for locals on Tuesday January 2nd, 2018. After the New Year’s Day, the British participants went to meditate in the temple and this class is held every week.

They meditated together and the teaching monk introduced the nature of mind and how observing the precepts would benefit meditation.

The participants learned the 5 precepts that are the moral conducts people should abide by. People should refrain from killing, stealing, committing adultery, lying, and drinking alcohol.

If you can do such goodness regularly, it will support you while you are meditating; you will able to still your mind and reach inner peace more easily.

This knowledge interested the participants very much.
