Wat Phra Dhammakaya London arranged a One-Day Meditation Workshop for Locals to spread meditation and to teach about Buddhism, where there were 27 participants. Ven. Phra Maha Prasarn Samacaro taught dharma on the topic of “Source of Happiness” and “Healthy Mind” and then, they meditated together.
In the afternoon, Phra Khajornpong Khemmavangso introduced how to do Walking Meditation before they meditated together again. After the meditation, the teaching monks opened a chance for the participants to exchange their inner experience, ask and answer dharma questions.
At that time, all participants, both newcomers and regular ones, revealed before going back home that they felt peaceful from meditation and would apply Dharma Principles taught by the teaching monks in their daily living.
