Wat Phra Dhammakaya Newcastle has organized meditation class for beginners for 21st time on Wednesday 19th March 2014, at 19.00 p.m. (local time). There was a warm up Yoga exercise for relaxation before the meditation. Then, Venerable Pichit Thitachayo, the teaching monk, began guided meditation in English. Thus, most participants were able to visualize a crystal ball both outside and inside their body. The individuals have gradually improved on their meditation practice from time to time. I would like to share my merit with everyone.
