Tuesday Meditation Class for Beginners, London

The New World for the British who love meditation Wat Phra Dhammakaya London arranged Tuesday Meditation Class for Beginners on Tuesday February 20, 2018. A lot of English laypeople come to meditate in the temple every week so the temple opened a new meditation room for kids who come with their parents.

Besides meditating together, the teaching monk taught Sangahavatthu: bases of social solidarity which is the principle of behaving to be a beloved person.

No matter what kind of family you live in, if you conduct yourself well and make everybody love you, your family will be happy.  Begin with yourself and then share this knowledge to all members in the family.

Finally, the teaching monk gave a blessing for the participants’ families to be happier.  This knowledge is useful and interested the participants on that day very much.
