The Dhammakaya Meditation Center, London, UK, hosted the Meditation for Beginners event on Tuesday 19th September 2017. The locals visited the Center and practiced meditation.
Not only did the attendees get to practice meditation, they also gained some useful meditation tips.
For instance, the Instructor Monk explained that it is easier to still the mind if we habitually fill our minds daily with relaxed moods.
The Instructor Monk also invited the attendees to host the meditation at their places and invite the neighbors, and share peace and relaxation. The attendees felt that this event is truly inspiring for them.
