Thai Buddhist Meditation Center in Japan, Tokyo, arranged a Meditation Course for Beginners on Saturday April 1, 2017.

It interested Japanese people who wanted to practice meditation. Most of them used to join the primary meditation course taught by Phra Thanawut Tissaro before. The teaching monk introduced how to adjust their bodies and minds, meditate comfortably and place their minds softly to still continuously.

The teaching monk led them to meditate for 25 minutes. They all were relaxed and felt good in participating in this meditation course.

Before going back home, the participants asked the teaching monks about how to adjust their minds not to wander and other questions about Buddhism.

They revealed that they wanted to join this activity again
